To supply services that consistently meet our customers' expectations.
M21 Group LLC is a limited liability company incorporated on September 8, 2021. Presently the company has three registered shareholders in Peter Scoon, Joel Hall and Larson Phipps, each with an equal shares. The shareholders are also at present the only registered directors. The company’s secretary is LP Squared Enterprises with a registered office is 11424 NW 1st Place Coral Springs, FL 33071.
M21 Group LLC is undertaking the business of limestone quarrying in addition to sand, gravel and minerals (both precious and semi-precious). Our main product offerings will be different forms of processed aggregate products. A strategic relationship has been established with Springbank Quarries Limited who owns the largest reserve of limestone quarry material outside of Government, and holds the particular licenses for carrying out the mining operations. However, Springbank possessed neither the technical capabilities nor the capital to take advantage of the reserves that it holds. We entered into an agreement that provides us with access to the reserves held by Springbank and rights to extract and sell quarry material. We shall pay a royalty to Springbank in exchange for these rights.
Through other relationships M21 Group is able to identify strategic customers and business partners to take the quarry reserves to market with forecasted success. It is M21 Group’s intention to be the largest and most efficient private supplier of limestone quarry materials in Trinidad and Tobago. It is our intention to operate the quarry six days a week, at an average of ten hours a day inclusive of public holidays with some exception for workers to have their respective religious observances.
